Do not be limited by the choices you see here. Our menus are constantly changing and growing, usually by requests from our brides! If you don't see it, ask us about it!

DRINKS:
• Our drinks are priced separate from the buffet because many venues require the drinks be purchased thru them. Drinks are sometimes prohibited from being brought in by another vendor due to liquor liability issues.
• Our drinks are designed and priced for service with the main meal/buffet. When the dinner is over and we pack up to leave, the lemonade, tea and coffee will be packed up at that time, also. Any canned soft drinks and bottled waters left over from the meal will be left for you. If you are planning a DJ and your guests will need drinks later in the evening, we suggest you order additional soft drinks / waters.

While our philosophy is to “Keep It Simple” for the budget minded bride, we understand that sometimes you want that little extra touch. You can upgrade the Grand Reception to include these items on your guest tables for only an additional $4.00 per person (assuming 8 guests to a table):

• Rolls and butter served in baskets to each table
• Silverware wrapped in linen napkins

Dessert Table
A table of various desserts that can add so much to your buffet or cocktail hour. A great addition to go along with our Appetizer Table!
Cater It Simple, through it’s sister company, Banna’s Cookies, can provide a delicious Dessert Table of some of our delicious cookies and chocolate treats.
Our Dessert Table includes:
· Approximately 125-150 cookies of various kinds from Banna’s Cookies.
· Approximately 125-150 chocolate dipped strawberries, a favorite item for many events.
· 150 chocolate dipped maraschino cherries. You’ve never tasted anything like these!
· Double Fudge Brownies
· Petit fours
· Mini fruit tarts
· Table linen, table décor, disposable (hard plastic) plates.

Appetizer Table
Having a cocktail hour for your guests doesn’t have to break your budget. Our Appetizer Table, which can be combined with our Dessert Table and/or our Chocolate Fountain, can entertain your guests while they wait for the arrival of the newlyweds at the reception.

Chocolate Fountains
This fabulous array of this decadent delight for you and your guests is available for less than you think. This is a wonderful and inexpensive way to entertain your guests while they are waiting for you to finish with pictures or for your arrival at the reception hall. And we continue to keep it simple for you….. our pricing includes the foods for dipping!
Our Chocolate Fountains includes:

Sandwich and Salad Bar
At only $10.75/person, it’s great for an outdoor wedding, a casual event, and frugal budgets. It’s very popular for rehearsal dinners and bridal luncheons It’s quickly becoming very popular with our brides. Great as a stand-alone buffet or add items to it to enhance your event even more! (Email us for our entire packet that includes our A la Carte listing for more ideas!)

For bridal brunches, morning business meetings, training seminars, etc., we can provide a breakfast/brunch. On-site kitchen access may be required for certain food selections. Pricing ranges from $8.00 to $12.00 per person, depending on menu items. Contact us for suggestions and a quote.
ADDITIONAL A LA CARTE ITEMS
Add a few of these items to one of our Appetizer or Dessert Tables and still be within or even below your budget!
Chocolate covered Strawberries: $2.50 each. These can be color coordinated with your wedding colors. Order enough for all of your guests, or just as a special treat for your head table.
Chocolate dipped maraschino cherries: $75/150 pieces (min). You have NEVER tasted anything this fabulous! Add to your buffet or dessert table, or serve 6 or so in a wine glass at each place setting as your guest favors!
"Shrimp Shot": $4.00 each. A shot glass containing a dollop of shrimp cocktail sauce with 3 large shrimp draped over the sides. A great appetizer item!
Cold Shrimp Fountain with Sauce: $225 per 100 pieces. Our 3-tiered silver punch fountain filled with ice, covered with cold shrimp and served with cocktail sauce. An elegant addition to the Appetizer/Cocktail hour. See the photo on our "Flickr" website (link on Wedding Cakes 1 page). (Suggested: 5-6 pcs per person)
Bacon Wrapped Beef Tips: $90 per 40 pcs (40 pc increments).A cube of beef tip wrapped in bacon served on a skewer. Great as an Appetizer Table item or added to your buffet. (Suggested: 3-6 pieces per guest as these are VERY popular!)
Cheeseball and crackers: $2.95 per person ($295 per 100 guests)
Cheese, summer sausage and crackers tray: $3.50 per person ($350 per 100 guests). Slices of cheese, summer sausage served with an array of crackers.
Fresh Fruit Salad: $3.00 per person ($300 per 100 guests). A beautiful selection of the season’s best fresh fruits blended together. A colorful and delicious addition to an Appetizer or Buffet Table. See the photo on our "Flickr" website (link on Wedding Cakes 1 page).
Chex Mix: $1.00 per person ($100 per 100 guests.) Great for a snack item before the buffet or place a large bowl on each table.
Salsa and Tortilla Chips: $1.50 per person ($150 per 100 guests). We use a fabulous salsa that is spicy with flavor! Great addition to the Appetizer Table and a great companion to the 7-Layer Dip!
7-Layer Dip: $2.25 per person ($225 per 100 guests). Refried beans covered with lettuce, tomato, onions, sour cream, olives, shredded cheese and served with tortilla chips.
Artichoke and Spinach Dip: $2.25 per person ($225 per 100 guests). Served with tortilla chips and a variety of crackers.
Mini-Chicken Eggrolls: $0.85 per piece ($85 per 100 pieces). Great for an addition to the Salad Bar or Brunch Buffets.
Chicken Salad Croissants: $3.25 per sandwich ($325 per 100 pcs). Another great addition to the Salad Bar or Brunch Buffets.
Mini Chicken Salad Croissants: $2.50 per sandwich ($250 per 100 pcs). Another great addition to the Salad Bar or Brunch Buffets.
Meatballs with choice of two sauces: $2.25 per person ($225 per 100 guests). Serve with sauces such as BBQ (the most popular), Brown Gravy, Swedish, Sweet-n-Sour, Marinara or even plain!
"Banna's Bloomers" Wedding Cookie Favor: $5.00 each Perfect for the guest favor, this wedding cake shaped cookie is individually wrapped and presented at the guest tables.
Petit Fours: $1.25 each. Suggested: 2-4 each person. Petite bites of torted cakes iced in a variety of flavors and coatings. A good item to add to your Appetizer/ Cocktail hour to satisfy the sweet craving until the wedding cake is served!
Bite Size Fudge Brownies: $0.60/each. Sugggested: At least 2 per person. A 2-bite brownie, mini-muffin style, with a fudgy center.
"Triple Chocolate Plus Brownies: $1.75 each Our made from scratch brownies, with chocolate chips mingled in the batter, coated with a bittersweet chocolate ganache and drizzled with melted white chocolate. A decadent delight!
Delivery Policy:
The rising cost of fuels has impacted all of us. For this reason, we have been forced to implement a delivery fee for our events.
Cater It Simple will deliver at no extra charge for an event within 15 miles from our location. We base this on Mapquest’s calculations with a starting point from zip code 46236.
Any event located further out than 15 miles will have a $50 minimum delivery charge added. This fee is subject to change and is based on the total drive time and the drive time for additional staff members. We work to keep this fee as low as possible by requiring our staff members to carpool when they can.
Payment Policy:
Cater It Simple accepts cash, checks, money orders and credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX, Disc). Money orders must be mailed via Priority Mail or any other method of mailing that includes a tracking number and delivery confirmation.
As per our Terms of Agreement, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required to secure your place on our calendar. Half of the remaining balance is due 21 days prior to the event. This is also non-refundable. The final balance is due the day of the event.
Drop off cakes must be paid in full prior to delivery. This is because when we drop off the cake at the country club or other reception venue, the bride is usually at the church (you know, doing that getting married thing!); she is not hanging around the reception hall with a check in hand, just waiting for us to arrive. Due to these kinds of logistic issues, we must require payment in full before we can leave the wedding cake.
